The Two-R uses the identical discrete, class-A circuit as the Two-V with the singular addition of a 1/4" true high-impedance instrument input per channel. This input feeds the channel's input transformer directly (bypassing the microphone input on the rear), so you get the complete goodness of the entire circuit. Other useful features include input impedance select, polarity invert and an extremely musical hi-pass filter.
