- Mail in mods (return ship), GIK Acoustics and oversize items do not qualify

We ship using 3 main methods:
General Shipping Policy
We typically ship UPS, FedEx or USPS within the United States lower 48 states.
Canada, Hawaii and Alaska are typically shipped via United States Postal Service.
We can only ship to P.O. Box addresses if you select 'USPS' methods during checkout.
International customers are generally well served by selecting the United States Postal Service.
Expedited Service Delivery Days
When expedited shipping is selected, you will want to indicate a “need by” date in the notes section during checkout, or drop us an email letting us know your deadline. Selecting EXPEDITED UPS or FedEx rates do not typically include Saturday delivery, contacting us in advance if Saturday is desired is best to check service to your area based on your address.

- UPS (all): 4:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday)
- USPS Mail: 12:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday)
- FedEx (all): 3:00PM EST (Monday to Friday)
We are open Monday to Friday and ship during normal, non-holiday and non-weekend days.
Signature Requirements and Receiving Packages
It is your responsibility to have someone available at the verified address to sign for the package, so please make the proper arrangements once the tracking info we send you verifies the date of arrival. FedEx and UPS make three attempts to deliver before returning the package back to us. USPS will generally leave a note saying they missed you, and you can normally request re-delivery attempts at www.usps.com using the note's info. Packages that are returned to us due to failure to be available to receive them will be re-delivered at the customer's expense.
If you would like us to coordinate the arrival date of a package please just contact us or put a note in checkout. We are happy to take care of you!
To protect against fraud no packages can be re-routed, if you wish for us to verify secondary address info before shipping then contact us first. Once a package leaves our building you will not be able to change it from the authorized billing address.
Shipping / Damage Claims
All packages are insured for replacement value, should a claim arise due to damage contact us.
Upon receipt of your package(s), it is your responsibility to inspect items to be sure damage has not occurred.
If damage exists, immediately ask the driver to note the condition and to do their part to start a damage claim.
Contact us immediately upon discovering damage, this must be done upon arrival of your packages for a valid claim.

International Customers - Explanation of Tariffs / Taxes
ZENPRO AUDIO DOES NOT QUOTE OR COLLECT TAXES OUTSIDE OF THE USA.
We do not quote or collect taxes, however many international customers will be required to pay import duties and fees to receive merchandise purchased from outside of their region. It is your responsibility to know these charges before placing an order with us, no matter where you live in the world.
We cannot claim lower or “gift” value of items to save you from paying duties, it’s not within our power to alter documents for this purpose. Please don't waste our time emailing us about this, we will not risk our ability to feed our families to save you taxes based on where you live (and why would you ask somebody you trust to lie for you?).
If for any reason your package is returned (not available to receive upon arrival, etc) you will be charged in full for all shipping costs incurred by ZenPro Audio.
International Customers - Size Limitations and Dimensional Surcharges
We prefer shipping USPS Postal (Priority or Express) as much as most of our international friends like it, because most countries charge lower fees (or no fees) to collect duties and taxes. FedEx is notorious for assessing higher costs for you to accept the package on your end, "brokerage fees" that we typically don't see using USPS Postal. Also, be aware that FedEx can greatly increase in ship costs due to package sizes and in such an event, you will be contacted by us before processing to ensure you understand the full FedEx pricing. While the postal services do have limitations on size to each country (you can check www.usps.com and find your own country's rules for incoming packages), as long as your package is under the limit there is NO additional fee.
Overall USPS Priority or Express Mail is preferred, we have had as close to 100% success with this that anyone could expect. Express service can cost a bit more, but is faster and generally the tracking info is more detailed.
Selecting First Class Mail International (available on some small items) can take many weeks for arrival, and does not provide detailed tracking along the way. 6 to 8 week arrival times can be expected, a trade off for its very low cost. We cannot provide you with details beyond what www.usps.com shows on their website, so use this economical service expecting long delivery times with little info until the package lands to you.
