The Heritage Audio TUBESTRIP is a complete all-tube recording channel that combines four essential high-end processors into one powerful 3U rackmount unit. Handcrafted in Spain with premium NOS tubes, custom transformers, and inductors, it delivers rich tube warmth, musical dynamics, and creative tonal shaping for any source. From microphone to line or instrument level, the TUBESTRIP transforms raw signals into fully sculpted, professional-sounding recordings with vintage character and modern flexibility.

Morph Tube Preamp

The TUBESTRIP begins with a transformer-coupled tube preamp offering up to 60 dB of gain and exceptional flexibility. The unique MORPH section lets you blend between Triode, Pentode, and UltraLinear modes to instantly access different preamp personalities — from smooth and warm to bold and punchy. A dedicated output attenuator after the preamp stage allows precise level management before continuing through the rest of the chain.

Type 69 Inductor EQ

The inductor-based EQ section draws inspiration from the legendary Olympic Studios Type 69, providing smooth, musical tone shaping with intuitive controls. It excels at sweetening, softening, enlarging, or focusing any sound quickly and effectively, giving you the creative and technical tools needed for any recording scenario.

Vari-Mu & Optical Tube Compressors

Two powerful tube compressors provide complete dynamics control. The Vari-Mu section (based on the acclaimed LANG P.Lane with Seawell Mod) adds thickness, excitement, and glue while preserving transients. The Optical compressor delivers smooth levelling and classic density — perfect for vocals — and can be switched into a highly musical de-esser mode with adjustable frequency. The order of EQ and Vari-Mu can be reversed for maximum creative options.
