Total Dynamics Control
The OC-1 offers comprehensive control with Input/Output gain, Threshold, Ratio, Attack, Release, and Wet/Dry mix for parallel compression — all with 21-position detented high-precision pots for accurate recall. The PGM mode introduces a second, slower release time based on program material to reduce pumping and unnatural artifacts under heavy compression.
BIG, AIR & CRUSH Modes
BIG reduces sidechain sensitivity to low frequencies for bigger-sounding bass and less pumping. AIR preserves high-frequency detail for more open, transparent highs. CRUSH adds harmonic richness and subtle distortion that varies with input gain, delivering that elusive analog warmth and presence to any source.
