For owners of the original Golden Age Project PRE73 and MkII, this refurb service will get your unit back within operation and specification! This mail in service is an in depth revitalization that not only will fix issues but improve the sound of your unit's aging signal path and power supply parts.
What You Do
- Upload image of your unit
- Choose flat rate USA return shipping
- Add to cart and proceed to checkout
- Wait for us to contact you via email with the mail in info
- Pack the unit with its power supply, and send to ZenPro Audio
What We Do
- All electrolytic capacitors are replaced
- All tantalum capacitors in the audio path are replaced
- Power supply is rebuilt with new capacitors and voltage regulators
- Pots are cleaned
- Front panel knobs are replaced with Neve style red / grey to spruce up appearance
- Contact you in the event of broken items needing repair outside of the refurb service
Mod Options (not included in refurb price, contact us for pricing)
- Output transistor replaced with Motorola 2N3055
- Microphone input and line output transformers replaced with Carnhill
This refurb service does not include repair or replacement of certain broken items like rotary switches and pots, broken jacks, etc. In the event we discover such issues you would be contacted first if there was an added cost to repair those items. We assess all units upon arrival, to identify repair issues.
