This is one of those rare, solid state pieces that is capable of bringing loads of character and it just keeps on coming. Lighting fast and accurate control, a Slope control that takes you from clean compression to insane...I mean bonkers...crushing limiting that will deliver extremely high average volume tracks by clipping peaks in a useful way. If you like drive and want to hear it, the depths feel limitless for the C610. A little quirky at first, once you get the learning curve you realize that nothing gets by it. It actually STOPS STUFF as a good dynamics control device should.
