How to use our new Q&A Knowledge Base

(and what not to post)

At the bottom of every single product page on zenproaudio.com there is a Q&A Knowledge Base area where you can ask us direct questions. The goal is providing info for you and others on everything we sell.

If you can just keep in mind it isn't a place to chat or a forum designed to let others interact...you should be OK.

Ask direct questions to ZenProAudio and if they are relevant we will make your post public then provide the answer.

This way we can help you and anybody else wondering the same thing, forever!

Here are examples of what to post:

"Does this product require special cabling?"

"Can the power supply be set for 230V use?"

"Is it possible to modify this unit?"

Here are some examples of what not to post:

"Hey guys, I see your company posted all over the internet and am glad to finally have a chance to do business with you. My friend in New York told me that you have great service and selection so I figured I would hit you up for some info. I guess my question is does this product require special cabling?"

"I'm based in Los Angeles right now but I travel the world recording in London, Paris and Tibet. It's hard enough keeping up with all this gear but the voltage requirements make it even harder. Can you tell me if the power supply is switchable from 115V to 230V?"

"I read online that Carnhill transformers make everything sound like a Neve, and even though this is an SSL clone it seems like adding transformers to it would make it more Neve-like if everything RecordingStud69 repeated on a forum is true. Can you guys add transformers to this unit?"

We truly believe this will result in a powerful source of info by keeping it strictly question and answer, and I look forward to helping you all.
