  • Explanation of Free Shipping

 

When you see this symbol...
...the item ships FREE within the continental USA, with most purchases of $99 or more, to physical addresses by FedEx on all packages typically over 1 to 2 pounds, and USPS on packages typically weighing 1 pound or less.
Our "free" option does not cover the cost of signature required deliveries.


  • Free Shipping + Signature Required ($3.50)

We highly recommend further protecting yourself by requiring a signature for your package. By not selecting this option you agree that any claims of non-receipt are now between you and local law enforcement concerning theft, and to deal directly with the USPS or FedEx yourself on non-receipt claims. We cannot be responsible for such claims if you are electing a no signature required delivery.

  • Explanation of Availability ?

“Usually Ships Same or Next Business Day”:


Typically in stock in our warehouse, or one of the others we pull from. If we find that an item will not ship timely you will be contacted by us so that we can best take care of your needs. These are among the easiest items to source quickly to you, so usually not a problem.


“Special Order, But Usually Ships Quickly”


Items that are almost always shipped factory direct or sourced from another warehouse shipper of ours, but are subject to our special order rules outlined in the return policy page. Please be sure the item fits your needs before ordering, email or call in advance so we can help.


“Custom Built, But Worth the Wait”


Usually this is in reference to items that are assembled after you order them, or require the factory to customize to your needs. Most items with this listing require some kind of wait before shipping, and subject to our special order rules outlined in the return policy page. If you have a specific time frame, contact us in advance to avoid any issues.


“Download Only, We Email a Link”


Software, like many plug in effects, can many times be purchased in download form. We typically receive the link from the manufacturer same or next business day, and forward it immediately on to your log-in email account. Many require iLok or other dongle devices.


"Subject to Availability"

Sometimes demand exceeds supply of the item, or we find the manufacturer doesn't always keep a steady flow of inventory for us. It's likely a good idea to contact us in advance to make sure you can meet a deadline, if a deadline applies.

"Pre-Order: Temporary Backorder"

The manufacturer is experiencing shipping delays, however we have placed our order for stock and will be able to fill your order on a first come / first served basis as fast as anybody in the industry. Early orders assure best ship times for you.

  • General Shipping Policy

We typically ship FedEx within the United States lower 48 states.


Canada, Hawaii and Alaska are typically shipped via United States Postal Service.

We can only ship to P.O. Box addresses if you select 'USPS' methods during checkout.


International customers are generally well served by selecting the United States Postal Service.

We can ship using your FedEx or UPS account if all information is verified, contact us for help.


When expedited shipping is selected, you will want to indicate a “need by” date in the notes section during checkout, or drop us an email letting us know your deadline.

None of the FedEx rates quoted will reflect Saturday delivery, there is an extra charge and we must be contacted in advance.

  • Shipping / Damage Claims

All packages are insured for replacement value, should a claim arise due to damage contact us.


Upon receipt of your package(s), it is your responsibility to inspect items to be sure damage has not occurred.


If damage exists, immediately ask the driver to note the condition and to do their part to start a damage claim.


Contact us immediately upon discovering damage, this must be done upon arrival of your packages for a valid claim.

  • International Customers - Explanation of Tariffs / Taxes

We do not quote or collect taxes, however many international customers will be required to pay import duties and fees to receive merchandise purchased from outside of their region. It is your responsibility to know these charges before placing an order with us, no matter where you live in the world.


We cannot claim lower or “gift” value of items to save you from paying duties, it’s not within our power to alter documents for this purpose.

  • International Customers - Size Limitations and Dimensional Surcharges

We prefer shipping USPS Postal (Priority or Express) as much as most of our international friends like it, because most countries charge lower fees (or no fees) to collect duties and taxes. FedEx is notorious for assessing higher costs for you to accept the package on your end, "brokerage fees" that we typically don't see using USPS Postal. Also, be aware that FedEx can greatly increase in ship costs due to package sizes and in such an event, you will be contacted by us before processing to ensure you understand the full FedEx pricing. While the postal services do have limitations on size to each country (you can check www.usps.com and find your own country's rules for incoming packages), as long as your package is under the limit there is NO additional fee.

Overall USPS Priority or Express Mail is preferred, we have had as close to 100% success with this that anyone could expect. Express service can cost a bit more, but is faster and generally the tracking info is more detailed.

  • International Customers - Brands We Cannot Ship Outside of the U.S.A.

It’s always better to ask in advance if you are not certain about any of our policies or products. Do not hesitate to contact us to be sure. Also, due to the nature of shipping and receiving we reserve the right to operate outside of these general guidelines as necessary. That does NOT mean we will take the opportunity to do something evil, happy customers make us a happy dealer. :)


*At ZenPro Audio, many of our suppliers choose to use styrofoam based packing materials. We re-use these materials rather than toss them away, but we do not purchase anything but paper based packing materials ourselves. So we end up with big tubs of "packing peanuts" and re-cycle them by using again. Just know that we don't like landfill either, but if you do see it inside the box trust me it's not the first trip it has taken!
