Jeff Hedback has been
consulting studio owners and designing rooms for years now. He can take your
idea and show you where it will lead you acoustically, and will design a space
that works with what you have and not break the bank for what you end up with:
a great sounding and functional space. Jeff is making himself available at no
charge to any ZenPro Audio customer who might need some advice on room
treatment or build, simply fill in our contact us form with your needs and Jeff
will get in touch with you shortly. I cannot stress this enough: Jeff is the
kindest and most non-pushy guy I think Ive ever dealt with and he is a great
fit for the ZenPro customer, and myself. Hes willing to review your ideas and,
if appropriate, make himself available to you on a for hire basis.

Sound Isolation: Studio build for the band Lifehouse

From Jeff:
I have worked with
Warren on acoustical issues
for several years. We instantly hit it off realizing we spoke the same
language. Warren understands that in reality, your room is an instrument
that must perform many functions from sound isolation through accurate
monitoring; and it must absolutely be a totally creative space to work in.
As a specialist in small room acoustics I look at the entire audio system: your
speakers > your room > you. I look at how the systems (HVAC,
Electrical, Lighting, etc) impact your space. It was almost a passing
comment in a conversation between Warren and I that led to this concept of
offering some guidance, a nudge, a word of realism to his customers.
ZenProAudio is needed today more than everhonest support and quality products
Glad to be involved
Warren, thanks!
Sincerely,
Jeff Hedback / Hedback Designed Acoustics
From Warren:
First of all, I believe in exactly what you outlined but am smart enough to
realize...I'm more of a gear guy but that does NOT mean I should short change
people on acoustics. Not enough people put enough thought into design and
treatment of the space, it transforms the experience and makes a room a real
joy to spend time in, even if you're not recording or enjoying music. A well
implemented room makes the studio stand out, we should all strive to offer a
space that artists cannot just hear in their own, untreated spaces. Make the
studio special, a haven for music!
